How somatic practice informs my artistic expression:
I write about health and the living human body as a constantly unfolding creative event, as opposed to viewing it as an object. My words flow from the creative potential of my sense of embodiment. My interoceptive sense of being, which I cultivate through Continuum practice informs my writing about embodied life. It is the vast potential of the felt sense of this dynamic way of being that I hope to transmit to my readers.
